Who to contact for getting anti & all pips banned ?

I am sick and tired of going to club and see it more and more infested with horrible pips and anti cheaters
This is very frustrating and they won't even let me use my own boosters.
Is there a formal process to get ITTF to ban all pips and anti

This is a great idea but you need to think it thru because you need to understand what will happen if you ban all pips and anti.
These losers will start their own association . That will cause lot of revenue loss of ITTF right there.
Worse they could demand entry into Olympics as a separate sport as all spins table tennis as compared to current top spin only table tennis in the Olympics
