De-approved rubber Re: Hallmark Panther

Recently, I ordered this rubber without having much hope.

Only the red version of Hallmark Panther is approved in ITTF LARC
No other colors including Black are not approved
Check the ITTF LARC before you order rubbers if you wan to play in ITTF (or affiliates) tournaments

If you bought black rubber , you may be able to ask for a refund .
I can say ut is the responsibility of a dealer to advise you first if a rubber is not currently on ITTF LARC.
But then again, itt is also your responsibility to check the LARC before ordering
Of course this applies oly if you play in ITTF related events
