This is the rubber that was banned by the ITTF as the sorry excuse for passing the most meaningless & the most oppressive regulation in table tennis history, the 1998 Durban Aspect Ratio Reduction Regulation Massacre
The regulation change is named "Massacre" because it banned about 20 or so top choppers at that time & countless others at lower levels.
This is why Feint Long was probably the best defensive rubber in history (While Feint Long 2 & 3 are pure garbage in the context of the 40+ plastic ball ONLY era,)

I threw away in trash about 10 pieces of Feint Long I had in total disgust in 2000
This was the only one that was sitting in a box & of course not for playing, As you can see it is all torn up
But you will definitely own one of the two absolutely most infamous (& famous) pieces of table tennis history & supreme symbol of ITTF corruption & oppression & extermination of choppers (the other one being TSP P1 Curl...see my other post)

I found two more sheets one red with 1.3 mm sponge & one black OX
I am keeping the black OX but will sell the red with spongebut sponge is torn for $5000 . Again this is a collector's item

Butterfly sponges are very hard to remove. I tried with acetone & failed & not going bother trying.
I was told I can boil in hot water & sponge will come off. Maybe I will try I am not sure
