I heard some table tennis clubs now allow insurance membership cards for free membership
Does anyone have list

It is not insurance directly.
They are fitness club membership via groups like SilverSneakers , SilverAndFit, RenewActive, OnePass and so on
But I have seen them only for city recreation centers or fitness clubs such as 24 hour fitness, not table tennis clubs
