During old days of Soviet Union (Uzbekistan was a part of) , all communist countries used to bring school children and fill at least part of the arena

This is also a common practice in places like China & North Korea

It is nice of countries like Uzbekistan offering to run tournaments but ITTF , ATTU, EETU etc. should revisit offering major tournaments like this to places where you cannot at least partially pack the stadiums.
