I went to ITTF webpage and I only see list of approved rubbers
Where is the list of ITTF approved blades ?
I am getting ready to order my first custom made blade.
I noticed lot of rubbers on pre made rackets are not approved ITTF list
I suspect it is same for blades too ?

There is no such list called ITTF approved blades.
Only list of approved rubbers. as you have already seen.
You can use any manufacturer's blades or you can make your own custom blade made by yourself or one of many custom blade makers
