ITTF tribunal ruled against Al-Mohannadi but he is exercising his right to appeal to CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sports)

It is crazy how this has turned into Europe vs (Africa and Middle East)

Because few days before Al-Mohannadi filed his appeal to CAS , European media was claiming that the case is over & ITTF is going ahead with continuation of AGM 2025 to its conclusion on November 15.

Why is it taking CAS so long ?
It is quite possible that they are investigating the 5 late votes more thoroughly than the ITTF tribunal.
They may be looking into any issues, now given that Raul Calin quit or fired
I thought ITTF tribunal did a lousy job
