It is extremely annoying when documents are embedded in a webpage and cannot be translated.
Everything here is in Japanese & cannot be translated ?

May be I am missing something and there is probably a way to translate embedded documents

Another equally annoying issue is forcing users to download documents instead of just displaying them first
Why is that necessary ?

If it is so important , then the user can download the document after viewing it first

I saw an announcement flash for 2026 edition of this event at above website as

2026 1tth Asian (Pacific) Table Tennis Veterans Championships

It said the place and date were finalized as Hong Kong (I may be wrong on this)

But I cannot find it again

This is what also happens when you load images to websites because it is not searchable

Many websites load fancy image crap but it is useless if it is not searchable

This above website does not have a search button either

Too much fancy programming with data all over the place & disorganized is not really very useful

This is true.
I wish people would stop creating images inside rolling banners

While regular images can be searched and indexed by web crawler to index them, many items inside rolling banners are not searchable by web crawlers correctly.

Fancy programming for nothing here
