Why does people in this forum hate boosting so much? Every rubber already comes with fabric booster, so why is cheating to use booster? It's even more weird to hate chinese boosted rubbers, since it's much more difficult to use them than any european or hybrid rubber.
Can someone explain?

I have no idea what you are talking about.
There is so much love for spein glues & boosters everywhere. Everyone is enjoying all kinds of VOCful homemade spein glues and boosters and even gie it their children. You have absolutely nothing to worry about.

You can just ignore ITTF Rule 2.4.7 and Regulation 3.4.2.2 .
They are just there to fool the IOC into thinking that there is strict testing for spein glues and boosters.
You do not have to worry about it.
As you may know there is absolutely no testing at lower levels for spein glues.

So I have no clue as to why there is so much hate for speci gluesor boosters

You are talking about pre-tuned rubbers. This is a loophole & backdoor way ITTF wanted to please the (click >) robotNazis by allowing factory tuned rubbers. But the bigger problem is NOT these factory tuned rubbers but spein gluing & boosting by players themselves. Read below.

BTW, simply because a rubber is factory tuned does not always mean it is VOC-free either. Because there is no way for ITTF to test this. The manufacturer simply submits a rubber with minimal tuning for ITTF approval but simply changes the manufacturing process to tune completely different. It is not like you can test a batch of pips and see f they fail compliance. In fact this is what ITTF unpired o. They bully pips players with close visual inspection but there exists zero chemical inspection at lower levels

so why is cheating to use booster?

It is cheating not only because of what the (click >)Rule 2.4.7 and Regulation 3.4.2.2 says but more so because of why the above rule & regulation were passed.

Reason 1 :- The rule & regulation were passed primarily due to health reasons not only just for the player but also the second hand effects on family of the player, opponents , officials and spectators.

Reason 2 ;- Just because there is a rule & regulation does not inherent mean everyone obeys it. Far from it. The rule & regulation exists just to mostly fool the IOC. ITTF never intended to fully enforce it. Most of the players who cheat or spein glue do NOT use supposedly approved boosters (there is no such thing as approved boosters...........all booster regardless of VOC-free or VOC-ful , are not only not approved and also are in violation of common law) . Almost all (click >) robotNazi crooks fully knw that VOC-free spein glues and boosters are useless. So they they make their own dangerous and unhealthy homemade concoctions . Of course you could claim that testing catches such cheats ..........but only if such testing existed. Because there is zero testing at lower levels and some minimal random testings at higher levels to fool the IOC & for public relations propaganda by the ITTF.
