I do not about a map but here is my 2 cents

Africa as a whole has maximum infestation of robotNazis. Nigeria is & Egypt may be the worst despite being at t the top in in Africa. But lot of it can be attributed to lack of awareness & incessant ITTF brainwashing

After that there are countries like Vietnam & Malaysia

India is a strange story. While Indian women & girls have pioneered the smart racket revolution worldwide, Indian men seem to be still under the spell of ITYF brainwashing to use dumb rackets .

Japan is strange case, While lot of the players may not really berobotNazis , lot of of them seem to succumb to ITTF brainwashing and drift towards being honorary loopers by using wide pips instead of slim pips or REAL long pips

Of course Sweden takes the cake when it comes to maximum infestation of robotNazis , Lot of people even know that Sweden is infamous for trying to pass the stupidest rule in tablelennis in early - mid 90's. This rule proposal while it failed, would have mandated that only dumb rackets are allowed in tabletennis (both sides of a racket, if used must have identical rubbers) . Even today most players in Sweden frown upon the use of smart rackets in tabletennis
