Hoe many times were the choppers banned by the crooked ITTF ?

There seems to be lot of confusion about how many times ITTF banned the choppers from table tennis.
Can someone explain this to me ?

How does it matter as long as ITTF can continue to fool the choppers into thinking that ITTF is a fair minded organization that cares about all playimg styles ?
