The Open Singles is very strong. All the way down to the top 16 could win.

I guess it is OK
All top players in this event live here in USA or from USA
But not like it used to be like 10 or 20 years ago

When there were lots of European & Asian top 20 players
Twiddler may know what happened bettr than most.

I doubt any US Opencan beat US Open 1990 in Baltimore which was a combination of US Open, World Veterans Championships & World junior chmpionships
