It is double ITTF unapproved because
1. Yinhe claims these are mushroom pips - Mushroom pips have long been de-approved since the mid 1980s when Deng Yaping used Yung 63-9A mushroom pips (She did switch to RITC 755 for the 1992 Olympics, her first of many two Olympic Golds)
2. Of course these are also enhanced by treating the pips to enhance the disruptive effects

They are not treated but they are high aspect ratio real long pips
