(4.05–4.00) = 0.05 but (2.05-2.00) is NOT= 0.05 & Looper (40plus-38)=2plus but chopper (40plus-38) is NOT =2plus

I don't think most players, especially the chopper fools , understand the mathematical difference between the following numbers contextually from the perspective of table tennis.
It is of course very difficult to explain it as well. but I will try
4.05 mm –4.00 mm = 0.05 mm
but
2.05 mm-2.00 mm is NOT = 0.05 mm
Looper 40+ minus 38 mm = 2+ mm
but
chopper 40+ minus 38 mm is NOT = 2+ mm
1.3 minus 1.1 = 0.2
but
1.5 minus 1.1 is not = 0.4
Anti 0.5 is not = Slim or long pips 0.5
Anti 0.25 is not = Slim or long pips 0.25
So this basically comes down to understanding the difference between arithmetic and mathematics
Think about it or Google it etc.
I will then explain what all this really means unless any of you want to take a shot explaining it
