I'm pushing 40
I am still a beginner, maybe intermediate. I understand the spin, serve, receive but not very good at reading serve spins yet
My BH is more of chop push/block but before stopping again I have good placement a chop blocks to it, and loop are better than my FH.

Not a single person in the TableTtennisDaily forum paid any attention the above facts together
That is not unusual for a mostly Top Spin only robotNazis forum like TableTennisDaily

Anyway your age is not at all a problem.
Only thing is that becoming a two winged looper is a pipe dream

So you need to build your game around your backhand chop block
It does not matter if you think your BH loop is better than your FH loop.
Unless you loop like a top 10 pro on your BH , it is useless. But I doubt you do or ever will.

So lose your smooth rubber on your BH.
So design a smart racket using a smart blade like Dr. Neubauer or Hallmark or some Yinhe blades like T9 etc

Start with an OX slim pips on your backhand.
Try many inexpensive Chinese rubbers both FH & BH.
Lot of it should be available in Philippines

Don't be brainwashed by ITTF worshiping clowns.

If you still want to loop on your BH, you can always learn to twiddle

OT you can listen to the clowns in TableTennisDaily forum
