I would say a definite No with a 95% certainty

There are several versions & only one is on ITTF LARC
Which one to use does matter if you do not play in ITTF Sanctioned Tournaments

Unless you are a young person taking formal training from a coach and show exceptional promise, a super dumb racket is not for you
If you are older & not talking formal training, just forget it.
Of course all this is assuming that you are not playing just for exercise & are playing to be competitive player at some level.
Just order a super mart racket (with Yinhe Venus on one side for forehand & some OX real long pips on the other side for backhand).
Later on , whatever you want to do on either side , you can twiddle and do it.
Super dumb rackets are designed to be just for one spin type (top spin). If you want to enjoy the whole spectrum of spins (top spin & back spin and no spin etc.) you need a super smart racket.
Don't be brainwashed by the ITTF and its coaches like I wasted the first 15 years or so of my life using dumb rackest because I was brainwashed by ITTf and its coaches into believing that.
You have been warned.
