I am confused.
This only shows what will be discussed at AGM
This does not show what will be discussed by the Executive Board around the same few days
Usually rule changes are submitted & passed (failed) at the AGM meeting,
And the regulation changes are submitted & passed (failed) at the Executive Board meeting ( I think the Executive Board was previously called the Executive Council ....I think)
