Non-ITTF actual long pips in unsanctioned tournaments

This forum explores & explains how choppers are the most ignorant fools of tabletennis & how they are TOTALLY clueless about the history of the sport in the context of chopping blades & rubbers & how choppers are so spineless with zero self-respect or self-esteem. WHy they have no clue about 14 rule changes by ITTF since 1977 to limit them

Maybe or maybe not
Check with tournament director before registering
You pay money to register and then drive 100s of miles only to find out your long pips are not allowed
Your entry fees may not be refunded either
In all fairness most unsanctioned tournaments do say the use USATT or ITTF rules and regulations for racket control
But some tournament directors may allow you to use actual non-ITTF-long pips
