Sounds like it is somewhat like Magnitude, which was a very popular rubber during the 38 mm ball period

You can not only create the most powerful backspins using larger rackets for away from the table chopping using actual long pips , but also create more powerful topspin lobs and counter loops higher dwell time and larger sweet spots of oversized rackets (blades) But sadly choppers are kept clueless ...
